It's infuriating how FNB operates. Despite paying my revolving facility diligently every month and never missing a payment, they arbitrarily decide to put a hold on my account without any valid reason. It's pathetic that they think they can control their clients in such a manner. I've called multiple times to resolve this issue, yet it remains unresolved. Their incompetence is astounding.
