BUNCH OF *****S PAY BACK MY MONEY

Good day due to covid i was not able to pay my insurance, but got a part time job which pays me on the 5th late afternoon thou,last month i called and mailed all the departments for life and funeral policy to be deducted on the 6th of every month and not my usual date the 26th, because there is no funds until the part time job pays and my account was in such a negative i wanted to avoid that. however come the 26th funeral or life still deducts and now the account ones again is like in minus one months premium already. i have proof emails calls and ref number that i asked you guys to change it, i was assured it was, i call them again the 27th and am told no they will check what happened and call me back, today it the 4th not even a call or an sms niks
