Bumbling in the issuing of Cards

Service and support at the Kolonnade branch is 5 star. Friendly and excellent. It is a good branch, BUT The service from the division who renew credit cards is a mess. I apply for a Credit card and am issued a petrol card. I tell them to cancel the Petro card and Issue the requested Credit card. I am told to fetch this at the branch only to discover that two cards have been sent, a Petro card and a credit card, and that BOTH are cancelled. The branch assists me to order a credit card. When I then go to pick it up, it is again a Petro Card. The branch apologizes, asks them to deliver to my home, that was last week. It is Tuesday and I am still waiting. Hopefully I will receive my long awaited Credit card. What sort of bumbling people do FNB employ in the division who are responsible for such a mess. It tarnishes the image of an otherwise great bank.
