Bullying tactics by FNB

I'm writing this because I feel like I've been unfairly treated by FNB when requesting for the change of debit order and payment of the overdraft. I have changed banks and I requested FNB to debit the monthly FNB Revolving loan from my new account and reach an agreement on how much I can repay back the overdraft because I want to close the FNB cheaque account. My request was denied. I'm told that I must transfer money into the FNB cheaque account. My problem is that I want to close that FNB cheaque account I can't have two cheaque accounts , how am I going to pay the monthly fees for both cheaque accounts.

I feel like FNB is milking me dry because I did a quotation for a loan with them and on the same day when I requested that they must cancel that loan request. I was told that I've consented and the money has been payed into my account I can not be able to cancel it. As I'm speaking I'm stuck with that loan for 5 years which I must pay R1700 and something plus the revolving loan of R902 rand . Now I'm being threatened with legal steps but I'm willing to pay back the money , my only request is for FNB to meet me halfway and have an amicable solution to these issue. I have been paying the loans but you guys still want to debit on the cheaque account that has no money whilst you have received the money. Now I'm told the account has been overwithdrawn because of that, I can understand if it's about the overdraft but I've came forward indicating and requesting that lets have an agreement whereby I can pay monthly instalments for the overdraft and debit it in my new account because I want to close the FNB cheaque account. Is that too much to ask? Now I have lots of interest added into that cheaque account because you don't want us to agree on a solution to this problem. I feel like I'm being bul****. You are just not different from the loan sharks.

My problem has not been resolved instead I am still forced to keep the FNB cheaque account, as I have stated I have requested that we reach an agreement. I have stated that I will pay the revolving loan in full and I requested to reach an agreement on how to pay the overdraft. I have stated that I can be able to pay R400. Now since you said I must keep the account and transfer the money, I've done that but all the money goes into the monthly fees and I don't have all that money, I've told you that I have financial crisis but you guys doesn't want to listen to my plea instead you harass me with legal steps. I think you guys are just bullies. I can't go on like this and your charges and interest are very high. I don't have money for all those monthly fees and charges.
