The challenge is that whenever I make a payment it is not recognised and receive monthly reminders which off course increase the basic interest as a reminder costs money. Im currently dealing with Payiache Avenash of FNB she is in charge of my profile but never replies my emails, she disregards my correspondence when I send it to her and the way I see is like they want to perpetuate failure.
