Bullying Banking and not treating customer well

I requested for a close of an account, which was not responded to. Follow up of the matter several months later, still not assisted to close the account properly the way I was requesting. The bank then close the account and handed it to lawyer, I then had to pay the account which could have been closed without all the inconvenience to me and my financial rating.
