Bul**** and forced to FNB APP
AS HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY STATED ON THIS PLATFORM FNB IS BULLYING CUSTOMERS AND FORCING THEM TO THE FNB APP
Quote from email received, “ Changes to how you receive your One-Time-Password (OTP)
One-Time Password (OTP) text messages have been part of your banking experience for a number of years. They serve a vital role in keeping your accounts safe by enabling you to approve a transaction before it happens. We are also updating this process, for increased security. We will no longer be sending OTP messages via SMS. This functionality will be switched off and, instead, you will only be able to receive OTP messages to complete and authorise transactions via the FNB App. Going forward your inContact SMS notifications will no longer be sent via SMS instead you will receive them on your FNB App.”
This is done under the auspices of security with less than 21 days notice.
Why must I in this troubled times be forced to a costly smartphone by FNB?
Is this all some data havesting ****?
