Bull**** service!

To whom it may concern, Today 25/02 my fnb credit card was supposed to be delivered. Only to find out that that I am the only person who can sign for it. I left a copy of my ID at the guard house but that wasn't good enough. My husband came home to sign on my behalf ( I told the courier guy to wait 5 min) but my husband got home and the courier had left???

So now tell me Mr FNB- if I am at work the whole day, then who is able to sign for my credit card?? Because I was told over the phone today that if I schedule a time that suits me, I need to pay an additional R150??

I mean- this is quite pathetic!!

Best someone call me urgently to arrange delivery of my card!
