Bull**** charges for fnb atm problems. FNB holds us for their f.ups.
On the 2/2/21 I had asked a sender to ewallet R250. I went to my closest fnb atm to find it was either offline or out of money again. The spar owner refused to help. I had to walk a further 6km to the next atm which gave me 200 because it had no R50 notes. This now cost me 15km of walking without the full amount. The next day I find the ramsgate spar atm is still either empty or offline to walk all the way back to Margate in hope to retrieve that 50 because it was for pain medication. Still not any luck. I then logged a complaint here on Peter when a help agent called and tried to help. This is now two days to get 50 out of fnb. I get a sms shortly after yelling me this is sorted. The third day I try both machines again and nothing... a week went by and over 90km of walking and the amount of airtime I've used to retrieve a pin each time I've tried the two machines that are in my area and no luck... Sunday the 7/2/21 the spar atm tells me it has my 50 it now I owe you R11 for fees which I am now responsible for... I then had to asked sender to send another 50 to cover your **** so I can get my money out... fnb this is utter bull****. Who covers that 50 I had to take extra? Who covers my airtime I've had to continually used everyday and every time I tried your machines and who the **** sees me right for over 90km of walking up and down a entire week for the 50 I was suppose to receive the first time I went to get money out your bank?. The money for my pain killers became obvious to none existing and after this entire experience I still do not have pain killers I needed and I owe 300to sender? Who the ***** do you think you are charging people for your ***** up and inconvenience? This bank is truly the worst bank.I have ever used. You guys need a serious f,ucking wake up. You can call me on *** and tell me how you are going to rectify this problem as you have caused me major **** because your **** have been.out of money and offline.
