Bull****

This is not the first but the second issue with this bank, After being convinced with them selling you the world of how good they are they tend to deviate from their words. Upon signing up i was told i would get a sign up Bonus for changing banks which i did. I was then told i would get after 3 months an additional amount should i have more than R35000.00 going in my account on each of the 3 months. Ended up a lie. Within the 3 months i deposited 2 amount of money in the ATM and only 1 amount reflected. I disputed this and did not even get my money back as they stated the ATM balanced. Again in terms of this i had to follow up with them to get feedback. Now my benifits around mu lounges has been taken away and they unable to log a complaint nor give me proper feedback around this. Private banker? What's the purpose of that ? Paying more than R500.00 to get nothing but a headache. Worst Bank so far, Got a good customer base but gives a **** about customers.
