Building plan

On January 2024,i app****,for a bond as i wanted to buy a house ,everything was approved only to notice later that the house don't have any approved housing plan for it and the Bank FnB then withhold the money bcz according to them they cant fund a house without the approved building plans,and even me i was happy about it that i can't buy a house with a approved building plans,and i was already paid the first lawyers ,and I told them will wait for the approved plan which the Agents said they are busy fixing on it ,i waited until now they don't have the plan ready ,but my main issue now they come back to me that the Bank which is Fnb no longer need the plans now they wants to process the bond how can i wait for all this months for a plan and now how can i buy a house without a approved plan
