Building Loans Progress Draws

FNB was supposed to pay me on progress of a building about 4 weeks ago. This was the first progress request submitted. I have emailed them and tried to phone them, but there is no communication.<br> I have threatened to contact someone up higher, but still no response. I have even threatened them with \Hello Peter\" and still no response.<br> FNB is is not paying my company and is busy putting me out of business. I have suppliers to pay and have no money.<br> <br> I hope this will help to change their attitude ans to pay me as well as communicate to me."
