Building LOANS department APPALLING service

I can officially and safely say FNB Building Loans department is the worst, what a worst building experience with them. Simphiwe Dhlamini seems like he doesnt know what his job entails and the managers/team leads just dont give a ish. The evaluation team as well. I was giving Keletso Matsoso some grace but she proved to me its just an FNB thing to treat customers like ****. Mere feedback feels like you are begging for their money or something., As if I am not going to be the one paying for this homeloan
