Building Insurance policy dont match up with what you offer

Hi, I called yesterday to find out about a tree that is leaning against my wall which is pushing my wall and afraid that it will push the wall down, I was told yesterday that I can only get help once a tree has fallen down and has caused damage to my property. The policy that I received from you does not state this at all. Policy states that and I quote "There is danger to your home or your neighbour's home because of any tree in your garden" picture next to these words shows a tree still standing up right and not fallen down. WHen I told my husband about this he advised me that he has called in previously and the person that assisted him has said that this was not a problem and that we just need to call in and they can assist we are covered, however yesterday seems to be a different explanation around your policy. Can someone urgently contact me with regards to this as I am not happy with this at all. Why do we get 2 different answers from your staff? I moved to my banks insurance as I thought I would have peace of mind when I have a problem I am covered, I based on this I have lost confidence in your insurance.
