Buhle Xulu and FNB Law on Call failing me

I called and emailed FNB Law on Call on the 15th December regarding a matter I have with a property I own. They referred me to the CSOS to raise the matter with them, which I have already done. All that was left for FNB Law On Call to do is to write a letter to the managing agent and almost a week later I have not received any response from FNB Law On Call nor seen any letter/draft letter.

I then decided to call in today and was informed that the matter was handed to Buhle Xulu on the 17th December. What was particularly concerning was the lack of the feedback the consultant I spoke to could give me - because there was NOTHING done on the matter a week later. If writing a letter proves this difficult to do for FNB, what can one expect for the more complex matters? A year to give any response?

I am starting to suspect I made the wrong choice going with FNB Law On Call - they remind me so much of Clientele, who refer you to all the free forums (like ombudsmans) then still fail at the smaller activities you hand over to them to do. So much for having ‘legal cover’….🙄….just pathetic.
