I was at you Gezina branch on a public holiday. Since only selected atm take cash dep, I was standing in a queue for 45min. As only 2 of your atms were online. This is not the first time and not the first branch. Even though the branch is open.... We have to queue as you almost force us with fees or **** attitude to draw outside..... So how can we help you? By focusing on customer and not cost cutting
