Bug in Online Banking

Good Day<br> I have a serious problem which requires URGENT attention. When I do payments to recipients over the Internet using Online Banking all my proof of payments show as the FROM ACCOUNT one particular other recipient's Name and NOT my name as per my profile.<br> This is now causing Major frustration with people who receive payments and then the document as proof as the name is NOT MINE.<br> <br> This must receive URGENT URGENT attention<br> <br> Regards
