BS charges

Totally BS bank charges, 750 rand in unpaid charges that were removed but ''pending" according to FNB seems like a total racket that has only come about more recently and im sure im not the only customer just for FNB to make more money from a country thats already struggling. yet I have 3 closed past FNB temp loan accounts that are long closed but were never updated at any credit bureau and still show as open loans which I logged via the app on Friday and still is not resolved how is this good customer service. seriously. And I know im going to get the default response and if thats the case pls dont bother responding. it will just upset me more then I am right now.
