Browser not verified, Secure Chat don't work, Can't update Limits

I am at my wits end with FNB. I am a loyal business client for MANY years. Solely use them for my 2 businesses. This is now the second time in a short space of time where I cannot make an inter-account transfer. Error 750, limit exceeded. Turns out my Browser is AGAIN not verified. Third or Fourth time in the past year. Same Laptop, same browser, same connection. *I cannot get through to the call centre, calls drop each time. * Secure chat does not work on my device and I receive maybe every 5th message online. I am so frustrated and over this, I do not know what to do.

Worst is after 3 hours of struggling I still have absolutely no idea how to verify my browser nor how to change my App limits.
