Brooken Conexis X1 Screen

I am highly disappointed in FNB, as i sit with a conexis x1 that has a broken screen for morethan a year now. I have tried to get the screen fixed on my own without any success. FNB has failed me. They failed to supply me with a service provider that is able to fix the phone. All contacts they gave me, i was told they do not fix the phone. I dont know if this a trap so that when a conexis phone get broken, you have to take another contract with them or what? They just want to sell you the phone and the rest is upto you, if they phone give you problem you have to buy another one. I thought i could find a repair store online but i realized that there are more complains than the stores that can fix the conexis.
