Bronkhorstspruit branch closed for renevations but sjjjjjuuuut it is a secret

I am struggling for 3 weeks to obtain my credit card from fnb. I received 2 x emails and received 2 calls that the card will be delivered at the Bronkhorstspuit branch today 04/05/2018 and that the card is ready for collection. It is important to collect the card since fnb froze my account and all the funds to the card expiring (a secret that they did not share with me, the customer) I took half a day's leave to be in time to collect the card - and guess what? The doors of the branch is locked due to renovations. The cards were all transferred somewhere ?? the credit card division could after 1 hour of searching not allocate where the card is..... the Bronkhorstspuit branch did not care to inform the credit card division, the customers, premier banking or any known department of their lockdown. It is not important if the customers cannot obtain their cards or funds. Even Mrs Google does not know anything about the closing.

Good day. One week later and I have still no card. Received one call from a courier company that I could not take at the time since I was driving. According to fnb no account will be frozen without notification - but they are unable to provide proof of the "notification" that I did not receive. The Bronkhorstspruit branch closed for 10 days but nobody at the branch could think to notify anybody about the closing down.
