Broken system and poor service.

Can FNB pls sort out their **** systems cause this is really starting to annoy the hell out of me, I took a temp loan last month and I have had multiple deposit placed into my account that could repay that loan but there system has not to date taken the money back and now im getting message saying I need to make deposit and pay the account or face legal action, Your system has not done what it supposed to and now you are harassing me.

Stop with the messages and take your money on the 27th when I get paid, if your broken system fails to do so again that's not my problem and if this issue is put as a bad mark against me, I will be extremely ****ed off, please can someone acknowledge that this will work correctly going forward. take the money on the 27th.
