Broken system.

Seeing my other post was ignored im creating a new one in the hopes that this is 100% sorted im still getting SMSs about a temp loan not being paid and the loan has in fact been paid.

Please can someone sort this out ASAP, clearly your system is broken and it's really starting to **** me off now.,
