BROKEN PROMISES, UNMET EXPECTATIONS
This is ridiculous! I was at FNB Clearwater branch last week Tuesday requesting bank statements from 2*** to forward to my broker with regards to unpaid dividends that a company insists were paid in my account. I was told by a consultant that I should the statements would be emailed to me within 72 hours (3 days) at most, probably by Thursday, possibly Friday. It's Monday already and no statements. Can I just have my statements please, for the account number ending in 662, the one closed in May!!!!!

18 Aug 2021, 08:40I got a call yesterday around lunch time from Clearwater branch Manager. I explained to her what I needed. She apologized for the delay and inconvenience. I received my statements about an hour later. I am so pleased ?
