Broken promises

The fact that this is the second time I have to write a review related to this type of problem is infuriating. Cash went out of my account to repay a loan which was to be expected only it didn’t reflect in my loan account two days later then I get a message saying my payments are behind. I click on the button to speak to an agent and nothing happens. I was assured the last time this happened it wouldn’t happen again. My credit score is being tanked because they can’t have an app that works.
