Broken promises

Even after continuing to support Fnb's Business banking, they still crushed my emotions and reduced my trust. Last month I was advised by my branch consultant to register a (pty) Ltd and open a fnb business account for it in order to access the frozen funds on my preexisting sole proprietary fnb business account. Yesterday, I was finally able to open an fnb business cheque account for my newly registered company in expectations that the funds on my business sole proprietary account will be released. To my disappointment, it still remains frozen. Either I was **** to or fnb really has no intentions to release my hard earned money.

Reviewer Update
Ever since I've written my review, there's still no feedback to a resolution. All I've received was an email with the same reference number as above ( ********** NF), stating that it as been forwarded to the relevant department awaiting feedback. A week has passed and no response/resolution whatsoever has been given by FNB. Please see to my review.
