Broken promises

If you are considering opening an offs**** account with fnb then be careful.Do not plan your financial life around this company.I app**** for mine 14/3.25 days later(working days) still no bank account They even sent an automated reply to my wife who was ******ed February 2017. I was promised by fnbci that the account would be open Wednesday afternoon at the earliest and Thursday morning at the lastest.(18/19 April 2018).Can one wonder why the financial sector has such a reputation for trust with the general public.

Just an update:NO Card - but account number which is useless if you don't have a card.So - as I have said before they promise everything and like government do not deliver because they (FNBCI) don't care.Because of this farce I have paid thru the nose to pay a measly 24 pounds to a solicitor. The cost via FNB Global was as follows:@exc rate R418,43-Swift Fee R110,-Swift Commission R150. Do you really think I can promote FNB as an entity that says'how can we help you'.
