Broken FNB promises..!
I got a settlement letter from FNB and made payment but I'm struggling to get a paid up letter. The agent I spoke to (Thulani Simelani) after he couldn't help me refused to transfer me to a supervisor or manager claiming that they were all not around.
I'm very disappointed that after I've paid the monies I owed FNB now they treating me like this when they had originally promised to have my ITC record updated or at least forward me a paid up letter so that I can do this myself!!!
