broken FNB loan system

I used FNB online facility to apply for a loan. Since this online application , I have had an assortment of people contact me regarding this. I was approved for a personal loan and soon after a revolving loan. The agent that processed the loan wasn't able to capture it and was going to get a banker to do it. I did not get any feedback regarding the revolving facility. I mailed Muhammed Cassim and Rekesh Rampasad on Friday with no response. I finally got a hold of Rekesh only to be told today that I have declined for everything. I have tried contacting a number of people and NONE of them are able to assist... I hate to have to come here for feedback but I do think this is the only thing FNB will respond to ... They should really change their slogan cause they are not helpful at all. I would not recommend using FNB's online loan applications / facility ...customer care is non existent !
