Broken device - Jawbone UP3

Device was returned via courier on 6/12/16. I sent several emails asking to see if they received the device & asking on the progress. Eventually, they let me know that a credit note was issued on 15/12/16. There was no more correspondence. I've had to call them to find out what was happening (getting disconnected every time & having to recall over and over) (Call ***).

I then spoke a lady named Demi (call ref 96096) on 4 Jan 2017. She said the money will appear in my account within 5 working days. I then called again on Monday 14 January 2017 and Spoke to a guy named Siya, he said Kabelo will call me on Monday 17 Jan - which never happened. I'm STILL waiting for the credit of the device.

Why is it SO difficult for them to let me know what is happening? I used to have so much faith in FNB, but they've clearly lost their touch.

Thank you. I just don't understand why I have to PERSONALLY chase this matter, your team should be keeping ME updated as to what is happening. I didn't even receive a response on twitter. I was just ignored.

I really don't know why it's taking so long, it can't be that complicated? Refund was issued on 15 December 2016. Refund me. Finished...
