Broken Communication
I submitted a claim for the cover on my personal loan in Oct/Nov and between FNB Insure and Personal Loans department I haven't received feedback. I get random responses to my emails but still no clear way forward.

17 Jan 2025, 11:22No one from personal loans have reached out to me to address their lack of communication and response to my emails dating back to Oct 2024 till today. I receive auto responses that someone will respond in 5 working days, but no one bothers to respond. So, I guess this is just a delay tactic you employ?
