Broken and received insensitive help that made me breakdown

Policy line Mr Simpiwe Phiri and Lehlohonolo from the life cover really made me angry after the death of my father who was the policy holder. The ref is ***. When opening the policy for my late dad, it was not explained to me that his death was going to be a problem moving forward with the policy which I am incharge off. Right now I wish everyone who has policies to go and ask your consumer rights as right now mines is violated. I am so broke and need someone out there to fix this immediately
