Bring back our money!!!

We lost money at FNB about 2 years ago and we haven't gotten our money back, they have been promising to help us but nothing is happening. Whenever we write a complain on hellopeter they attend us for a few days then disappear The consultant we last spoke to told us that they first refund people who lost a lot of money reason they do it its because of the company's image, my question is what happens if you have saved that money for your child's education??? So your child must suffer because of FNB's unfairness??
