Bring back my money

So after I had had four deductions from FNB in Dec 2017 and was actually refunded one amount. I was in arrears with FNB. I sent a query to personal loans and it was referred to admin, who were supposed to respond in 48 and never did I kept quiet. On the 24 of June a deduction of R640.00 goes off from my account, then 2 more worth R639.00 on the 25th. In total R1918 went off from my account. When I called I was told I arranged for this, I would like a recording of that so that I have a full case to pitch at the ombudsmen when I take this up with them. FNB is a lousy bank hey. They have lousy consultants that don’t help you and capture false arrangements. So in total R725.00 was deducted in December on the 15th and on the 23rd. R748 was deducted in Dec on the 15th and the 23rd + R100 and something and R900.00 was refunded. Where did my R2000.00 go? I need a refund from you, of R2000.00 + R1918 then I’ll pay the R882 that is the balance to closed that loan account. If you cannot find the loan check my old loan. It must have funds that are in advance. Bring bank my money FNB.
