I interacted with Bibi from Carnival Mall branch who showed so much of mercy one, My husband was involved in a car accident and everything was ****** from him, I walked into the branch asked to speak to the manager and I am ever so greatful, There was an attempt on ***** of my account, She called ***** department and during that time she was expressed such kindness and told me not to worry about anything she has everything under control, Took over an hour with her but she ensured that everything has been sorted out. A total blessing to have at the branch. She also grooms her staff with the same emphathy and professionalism as she advised that that if she was not in a specific member should call her on her private cellphone. However I am totally satisfied with the fact that everything has been sorted out. Thank you
