I went to FNB Century City and was assisted by a very kind lady by the name of Mishkah Hendricks , I must admit when I entered the bank I thought I will be greeted by someone with low energy and be treated like just another number , Mishkah however changed that , she was helpful , kind and made me feel like I am the most important person to her at that moment ,she really has a great attitude , she takes on a task and don't blame the next department she takes ownership and that shows true leadership values .Thank you so much for your kind assistance.
