My Mom has recently been placed in a Frail Care Home - will be 88 in a short while - and I felt that the keeping of Mom's Credit Card Account active was not very clever as this, actually, just costs money. As well there was a \suspect"R600.00 withdrawal on this Account. <br> In the very shortest possible time"
