Brillaint service at the close of the Day

Dear Hello Peter<br> <br> I would like to bring to your attention the excellent service we received from Lumka yesterday 11th January 2016.<br> We came to freeze my father in laws bank account, but ended up going over my wife's FNB accounts and she gave us extremely valuable advice.<br> It was at the end of the day that people normally don't feel like working but she did this with a smile and we had a stellar time at FNB.<br> We had so much fun that another FNB employee phoned Lumka and asked why her customer is laughing so much ( I have a bit of a big laugh).<br> <br> This is not the first time I experienced 5 star treatment at your branch. I believe her surname is Miss Moagi that also assisted us on a previous occasion with the same brilliant level of service. <br> <br> I'm not currently a full FNB client but I'm strongly considering moving to FNB after these to experiences. <br> <br> Brilliant, excellent, Stellar, wonderful are only a few word that describes your branch.<br>
