Breaking Contract
My contract from FNB for a Cashflow relief plan for May, June, July and August. First it was for 3 months May - July, then a lady phoned me and said that I can extend it for 1 more month, August. I accept. I then noticed that the debit order for the two loans still went off during May and June and Wesbank said that I did not pay one month and that I must pay double this month. But according to me FNB loan must pay for it. I phoned and I was told that my loan is only for 3 months and it is for July till September. That is not what I agreed to, during May till today was the time that I needed help, when I did not receive my full salary. FNB is breaking the contract and now I must pay for this. This is unacceptable. I never got a phone call stating that my contract changed, in fact I got a phone call that my contract is in full use. I am not happy, because of FNB, I am behind with a payment at Wesbank, and I do not have the funds to pay the outstanding amount. I am not happy. FNB is breaking contract.
