Breach of POPIA

We app**** for a bond with FNB, since it’s who we bank with. 1. FNB took 9 business days, where all the other banks took 3 business days max. 2. FNB offered us the second worst rate out off all the major banks, after our personal banker specifically told us to go straight through FNB instead of a broker because we’ll get a better rate. 3. Just over a week later we were sent ANOTHER CLIENT’S application with all their personal details on.

This is very concerning, how do I know whether my personal information is being protected and not be distributed to unauthorized 3rd parties?
