Breach of Personal Information, lack of investigation and Poor Service

Good day I recently received extremely poor service from FNB, by not investigating ********** unauthorized debit orders from my account. I was simply told by a Consultant to sort it out with the Unauthorized Service Provider who debited my account,as FNB does not do these type of Investigations. Thereafter, I was just being transfered from pillar to post by Lebogang.
