BREACH OF FICA & POPIA ACTS BY FNB

Notwirhstanding my 2 complaints of 19/7 and 27/7 FNB has failed to call me with respect of my complaints. I have only received an email from customer care advising that they will send instructions to the relevant department to call me. FNB is in breach of the FICA and POPIA ACT as they failed to update my info. My confidential info eg OTP numbers are send to people unknown to me and therefore they are in breach! I have no option but to approach the High Court in Pretoria for an order compelling them to update my info on ALL their systems and an order that FNB will be held liable to pay the costs of this application. I did not expect FNB to deal with clients of more than 20years in such a negligent way and now I had enough of their incompetance!
