Breach of contract and misleading customers

I bought a house with fnb last year in a new development and we agreed on an installment of R7 656.66 plus a life insurance at R718.18 and an admin fee of R57 which totals to R8371.29 at an interest rate of 11.44%, i decided to take a life insurance with Liberty Life and cancel their and that reduces my installment to R7713.66 Fnb then added Home owers insurance at a price of R152.27 which makes a total of everything be R7865.93, NOW FNB is trying to reap us an extra amount with an increased installment of R9747.63. they manipulate customers to opt for them with an installment that they know they are going to escalate once you signed a contract with them, i am very surprised that the interest rate is still the same but the installment had changed. FNB manipulate customers.
