Breach Of Contract

At the time of taking the FNB connect package I was informed that when I activate my SIM card, it will then be active.
Being away in December, FNB Connect decides to activate my SIM card without my knowledge.

I then receive a double bill in January of which I queried on 6th January. No update from FNB Connect until I had to phone in on 21 January only to be informed that the billing department has admitted that at the time of taking the FNB Connect package the consultant failed to mention that the SIM will be activated 24 hours after delivery, however will not reverse the December amount due to the fact that I had started to use my minutes.

AM I TO STOP MY LIFE SO THAT FNB CONNECT CAN INVESTIGATE AND NOT INFORM ME OF THE OUTCOME?

Again, FNB Connect had failed to inform me that I should not use my phone until the matter is resolved.
The service received is atrocious. FNB Connect is in breach of contract, therefore I expect this billing to be rectified immediately.
