Breach of contract

So i took a personal loan with fnb, in 2017 November, with monrhly premium of R1475. All went well until i got retrenched in 2018 Sep, I phoned fnb and i was told to send my documents(retrenchment letters and supporting docs) I have send all relevant documents.. To my surprise my account was continuously debited.. I told fnb that am unemployed and constitutionally they were suppose to help me with my monthly instalment , i have been to balfouf park branch, we emailed my details from there, still i was not getting any joy, NO am sick and tired of this *********** bunch of corpses that work for fnb, every time you find money in my account you debit, even before the agreed debit order date, this is really sick. My accounts are all with fnb including car finance, now am willing to move all my services to other institution, Am tired of this CRAB from FNB, i will you to review and provide feedback, no later than the 28/05 COB am stick and tired with all of this.. You stole from me with your monthly interest charges now you debiting my account when you should be taking care of the loan... FNB will still from you, Just like African bank...
