Breach of Contract!!! *****

I have Multiple ***** on my account from MrD app. I reported this 3x on the FNB premier suite but no one has contacted me with regards to this. There is no case number nothing on my profile. I was told “please use the link below” “we are dealing with multiple customers at the same time” “please provide contact details to contact you at a later time”

I am paying every month for a ‘premiere suite service’ but this standard is not the reality the bank upholds!!! This is not the promise FNB gave to its customers. That is a breach of contract between the bank and client!!!

This bank is not safe your money is NOT safe and would not recommend anyone to bank with them regardless of how long you have been with them wait until you have a real-life issue they do not care about their clients there is no difference in the level of service except additional fees.

This is a breach of contract between service provider and consumer and should be taken seriously!!! It has been since July I reported this ***** case till today I was told there is no case number no evidence they are clueless and *********** no one can give me answers they just pass you on to the next person!!
