BRAND MANAGER AND FNB POOR SERVICE
I opened a ***** case almost 3 weeks ago and I am yet to receive any feedback from FNB. I then decided to go to the branch in Adderley Street Cape Town. I met with the branch manager. He promised to provide me with feedback regarding my case. I sent him an email on the 1st and 2nd February. I proceeded to follow up the mails with a call. No answer both times on his landline. I then left a voicemail, still no response. Today when I called him on his mobile, he proceeded to give me the run around. Claiming he never received the emails, even though I never got a bounce back. Then he said that maybe it was a fault on my end, then said his server could have blocked it, which I find strange as it is the same mail I have sent other departments within FNB. He then said he was in a meeting so he couldn't respond, which begs the question how is able to view his emails and assume he never got it. Then he said he will get back to me tomorrow. I then asked \How will you contact me if you don't knw my name, my email address or my contact number if you never received my email.\" His response, a laugh!!!!! Is this how a client of FNB is treated after I am still waiting for my case to be resolved!!!"
