Branch staff outshine private banker

I have not been to a physical bank in eight or nine years, but after battling to get any resolution from my private banker, I took a walk to Portside FNB.

My first message regarding a query was sent to the private banker on the 28/02/2019 and to-date remained unresolved.

I was assisted by Noluthando Msongelwa, who managed to get a resolution and a case number for me to follow up with, in under half an hour.

Thank you Noluthando, you are an asset to your organisation.

To my private banker, please do not worry about contacting me again. In future i will just take a walk to the branch.
