branch staff and professional and rude

I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with your FNB branch in Stanford Road Port Elizabeth Eastern cape this has been a ongoing issue for more then a year now your star for unprofessional and rude they have no manners we are standing in a line at the ATM and when your staff comes with a customer they just push in don't say sorry or don't go stand at back of line and this is very unacceptable today the same thing happened I was in the front of the queue and when I walk to the ATM after a guy was done the African staff member lady just pushed past me no excuse me now sorry can I use the ATM before you she just pushed in front of me so I left and I said loudly I am going to change Banks because this is unacceptable no other bank has treated like this even others were not happy about this everyone must wait they turn and if you can't wait you ask you don't rudely just go ahead of someone I now understand why so many people are leaving this bank this really has definitely disappointed even my mom who is with fnb said she is definitely changing banks FNB Stanford Road Port Elizabeth needs to get staff that respects customers this incident happened today the 6th if may 2026 between 11:30am and 12pm you just lost 2 loyal customers because of your staff members this problem needs to be fixed before you lose more customers
