Branch not releasing hold on my money because they are useless.

Why is there a branch if they can't help me with debit order reversals and removing a hold on funds?? I had to use secure chat while I was sitting in the branch and I had to call a number because FNB branch is useless. Lana tried to help me but why is FNB so ffffing slow and full of excuses???

After told I will have my funds after 5 working days. Still nothing on day six. Now they don't want to assist me because the agent didn't not give me a reference Nr.
